Feedback Mechanism
Once the students enroll in the college, we feel we share a common concern with the
parents- the responsibility of bringing out the best in each individual entrusted to our care. To achieve
our target we came to a mutual understanding with the parents at a meeting and formed a five member committee
of the parents. The committee meets every three months and provides us with the feedback and suggestions to
improve and implement the best strategies to reach our common goal.
The teachers are an integral part of the feedback mechanism. Their dedication is reflected on the love and
care they shower on the students and the students in turn look up to them and work in close unison sharing
their personal and academic problems.
Students are also given the liberty to express their voices in the presence of the management to evolve the
best possible solution to any problem. Besides, their views and programs are brought to the notice of the
authorities concerned through the KCMIT club. The three tire arrangement of the feedback mechanism has proved
to create a congenial atmosphere for the all-round development of the students. |
