At KCMIT as Management and IT Students, they develop a knack of integrating the knowledge of both management and information technology to solve the real world business problems. Regular class hours paired with sufficient practical work, case studies, group discussions and seminars help them to take education to their stride. 

KCMIT has an environment conducive not only to education but also to the all-round development of students at KCMIT. Hence activities like sports, seminars, musical programs, tour programs and picnic are a part of the schedule in the academic calendar. This gives students a break from their monotonous studies and helps them to refresh themselves.

Different annual programs are organized in college which includes sports, musical programs and seminars, talk shows etc. Students also participate in seminars and programs organized by other organizations. 

After regular class hours students spend their time playing, visiting the library or surfing the internet to broaden their horizon of knowledge. During break time students relish their food in the college cafeteria

Music Program

One pleasant afternoon in a year all students gather together in the college premises to celebrate, enjoy and welcome the wonderful presence of their new friends. This program is often a cultural program with music and dance galore and is called a Welcome party. Students show their talents in different fields like Music, Dance, Dramatics etc to entertain the new comers and the whole college as well.

Sport Program

Annual sports program is also organized in the college which includes events like football, basketball, cricket, Table tennis, Badminton etc. This program runs for a week with enthusiastic participation from the student body. Students also participate in competitions organized by other colleges and organizations.

Seminars

Seminars, IT shows are often organized in college. Students also participate in seminars organized by other organizations. In brief, students are constantly engaged in one or the other activity. They also display their creativity by developing projects. This year the college organized a seminar on “Global Leadership for Organizational Performance” for which the President of the Global Leadership Forum from Singapore, Mr. Low Siew Thiam, was invited to share his knowledge and rich experience on the mentioned topic.

Tours

Students often go for picnics to relax from the tedious work accompanied college faculties and staff. Educational tours are conducted to far and near places so that students benefit in all aspects- knowledge, travel and community living are wrapped together to provide a rich experiences in the days to come.

The KCMIT carnival is a long awaited feature for the KCMIT family. This is the time when everybody works in complete co-ordination to display the academic achievements and display their hidden talents. In the midst of the scholastic atmosphere the symphony of music and the delicacies to pamper the palate exhilarate the event to its maximum.
