Because the ability to learn throughout one’s life will be the single best indicator of future success, we believe that education is not just a destination, but a lifelong journey of continual learning. At the Kantipur College of Management and Information Technology, we take up this journey with a passion to always excel.

     This is an exciting time at KC MIT. Building on our learning from last six years, we are consolidating the learning so that our refined products will be able to meet the demands of rapidly changing environment. To achieve our motto of Complete Education at affordable price, several initiatives will be undertaken to improve our programs as well as physical facilities. We will introduce new courses in Banking and Finance and Human Right and Social Development by 2008.

     Currently we are exploring the possibility of collaboration with academic institutes in Asia Pacific and United Kingdom. We will offer dual degree programs in collaboration with University of Wales in UK from 2007. We are also approaching Webster University and Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand for future collaboration.

     As a part of reform process, we prepare a Strategic Plan for the college which will provide clear roadmap for future. This will be done in close consultation of our stakeholders

     We are fully aware of the fact that in the absence of placement, the quality education bears little value. In this regard, we will extend our existing network in the private and public sector. We hope that this will open the avenues for job placement. For those who wish to pursue further study abroad, we will assist in every possible way to get admission in some renowned institutions.

     With all these efforts we hope to prove ourself as a Centre of Excellence for Management Education in Nepal.
